Rentals

Rentals can be had in all price ranges, furnished and unfurnished, seasonal and year round.   Seasonal rates per month are about twice the annual rates.  Some allow pets and often charge a pet damage fee or a pet deposit.   Some communities do not allow trucks, motorcycles or pets.  Fees include (often) a 2 month deposit, an application fee to the community (and community approval-which can take a few weeks) and often an office fee of $275.00 if the total amount over time of the rental is less than10k.   Since some communities have rules allowing only 1 rental a year it can be hard to find a short term seasonal rental until near the end of the season.   Deposits are most often in non interest bearing accounts.

Showings may require a buyer broker agreement.

Escrow and rent is normally held by the owner and in Florida there is the tenant landlord act which helps to protect the renter.

In North Palm Beach, prosperity harbor some with waterfront,  old port cove with its marina, Prosperity pines a small gated community, marbella.

For the most expensive homes look in Frenchmans Reserve, frenchmans creek or Ballenisles.   For midpriced golf communities visit Jonathans landing (has a marina too).  For golf with a boat try admirals cove.
