Bluffs Jupiter

Bluffs in Jupiter, including the Marina condo highrises, The River single family homes, and townhomes. Bluffs has a swimming pool, tennis courts, meandering streets and about 3/4 of a mile from the ocean beach. A short walk to Juno Pier and fishing. Just south of the pier are a large group of surfers. Park your boat in the marina (well protected). The single family homes, built by divosta are mostly 3/2's with vaulted ceilings and garages. The Bluffs is just minutes from shopping at the gardens mall, fine dining in Palm Beach Gardens and near culture including The Jupiter Theater. The beach in Jupiter is one of the few that allow dogs. Houses were priced at 340-425 as of 5-15-08. As there is no thru traffic the bluffs is a wonderful area for children. The single family homes in the Bluffs have small back yards. There are areas that have Mansard roofed quad two story townhomes at about 1/2 the price of the single family homes.
