BallenIsles Golf and Country Club Palm Beach Gardens

Ballenisles one of the premier luxury country clubs in Palm Beach Gardens.  Town homes, estate homes, and courtyard homes from premium builders.   A 70,000 square foot plus club house with all amenities including a spa.   Three private golf courses by Dick Wilson, Joe Lee and Gene Bates are impeccable. Aerobics, pool, fitness, saunas, tennis and of course golf are just some of the features.  The club house in Ballenisles also has a dining facility.  A few minutes to down town at the gardens and on pga blvd it sits in the center of great night life and dining. Choose from a delightful number of BallenIsles neighborhoods ranging from exclusive estate and courtyard homes to  golf villas and casual patio homes. Professionally  done with the highest quality details and materials. Each makes a unique statement about the tastes and accomplishments of its owners.   A total of 1577 homes and an average price of 765000 in 2007.  A mandatory social membership in BallenIsles is at least at 35,000 (30 k back when leaving) and a full golf membership is about 115,000.

For the most expensive homes look in Frenchmans Reserve, frenchmans creek or Ballenisles.   For midpriced golf communities visit Jonathans landing (has a marina too).  For golf with a boat try admirals cove.

These upper priced communities did not have the foreclosure problems that some of the lessor priced properties did.  So in Old Palm, Frenchmans and Ballenisles don't expect to see a massive reduction in price. 

We have several areas of real estate in palm beach gardens that are older homes. we have some older homes with boat docks in juno beach real estate and juno isles real estate.  Coming soon is jupiter country club.  For the middle class we have the isles real estate in palm beach gardens and oaks east.  real estate in magnolia bay in palm beach gardens is gated.
